And so what does a non kinetic option look like? Does that mean that we all of a sudden have a large base in Nigeria? No, that's not what that looks like. That falls within those 15 levers that have been unlocked now from that designation as a country of particular concern. That's why you have all those levers in there in terms of prohibiting dollars from flowing security assistance.
