I do not agree with this. I don't agree with pulling out these critical parts of Homeland Security and not funding them. Whether we're talking about cbp, ice, don't forget hsi. HSI is doing a lot of the investigation that's finding these missing children and human trafficking. and things like that. This is not an acceptable offer that the Senate has sent over to us at all.
