Well, I'll start with BlackRock and as I mentioned, obviously, naturally always had a lot of corporate skepticism in the state of West Virginia. BlackRock and a lot of these other asset managers and massive financial institutions, banks had put in a prohibition and basically boycotted investing or lending money to the fossil fuel industry. First and foremost coal. Right. Also natural gas pipelines and some of These other things. And so BlackRock was managing our state tax dollars. They were part of that. (31:50–32:06)
