The reason that all others should say yes is because it would give some of the more oppressive places within the country the same sorts of advantages that we have become used to here in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The system of democracy requires participation and it requires that our government elected officials continue to enhance the ability for us to participate as opposed to oppress it. And so to me, it's a natural thing for, for the types of things we've done in here in the Commonwealth of Virginia to be spread throughout the Nation. (01:56–02:10)
