Like Commissioner Marcus Peterson said, we do need to do economic planning with them. But that's more outside of the Arizona corporation. We need to stay in our wheelhouse. We're here to do rates, we're here to oversee that. We're not here to drive economic plans for the entire state. The idea that ratepayers benefited from what these communities offered and what they worked for and what in some cases they benefited from as well. Time to help them transition. (37:04–37:11)
