It's going to take time and we're going to continue to double down. We're going to be hyper focused on economic development because right now the residents are paying the bulk of the taxes. We need more commercial industry to come in here to offset those taxes. So we're going to continue to recruit companies to come to El Paso to offset those taxes. It's a work in progress.
