So we are filling the vacancies with new officers and new firemen and firewomen that are coming into the public safety rail. One of the things I'm really, really proud of is For the first time ever, El Paso received a Grant called the COPS grant, which was about $2.5 million, which we received 18 new officers that didn't cost the taxpayers one penny. $2.5 million from the federal government. 18 new officers, no taxpayer dollars. We had a safer grant for the El Paso Fire Department that had an additional 15 firefighters that they received through a grant too. (19:37–19:52)
