And so really supporting independent, you know, other women in business has been important to me. And so much so that I Started a nonprofit organization that supports other women entrepreneurs throughout 10 counties within the region. So that's something that I still manage and run. And so we've helped 39 businesses launch in the last eight years, which really means something in small towns injecting startup capital. (10:40–10:48)
