So making sure that people can get care close to home and don't have to drive further and further to get the care that they really need. I think at the end of last year, I know I was here in November, but Congress failed to expand the ACA tax credit premium expansion. So folks saw their premiums jumped from 400 to $1800 a month. I was here meeting with some Richland County Farm Bureau members who were talking about how that really impacted them in particular, and seeing that was insurance premiums go through the roof.
