And there were many of us on the ground last Saturday in Selma and Montgomery responding to this vicious, vicious assault on the voting rights. And the voice and the voices of people of color and poor people, marginalized people, This pouring fuel on the fire by the Supreme Court, this gerrymandering war to the bottom, literally could represent the disappearance of a lot of voices in our democracy. And so this coming Sunday is Pentecost Sunday. And as we go into the season of Pentecost, I thought about this reading from the Book of Acts, chapter two. (07:01–07:26)
