They put these onerous work reporting requirements on Medicaid and they call it work requirements. I call it work reporting requirements because it's really the paperwork and it's clear what they're trying to do. They're trying to discourage people from getting their benefits because they want to give billionaires, as they did, a tax cut. If they would hold themselves by the same standard that they're holding Medicaid recipients, namely work requirements, the folks in the House wouldn't have any health care because they're literally not coming to work.
