So I'm thinking all the time about how we address the housing, particular housing issue, particularly on the supply side, how we incentivize local governments and municipalities to move some of these barriers out of the way. I'm very focused on workforce development. I've got a bill, a bipartisan bill focused on smoothing the pathway for young people out of technical and community colleges into the world of work. There are a whole range of jobs that are available that will be coming online that will need people. But often there's a mismatch between how we're educating our kids and the workforce that we're actually going to need. (52:43–52:59)
