Well, it probably is a mute point. I don't think it's a terrible idea to have this law passed and I would definitely support it. I think the point of it is There are states in the union that are looking at allowing people to vote, giving them a driver's license, then that ID gets ramped up to a voter's id. And so those are the things that worry me is that we have people wanting to give credentialing papers or credentialing documents to people that we have no idea who they are. (08:32–08:46)
