And really the individual has the power, the state has an over branching power and then the federal government's there to defend us from wars and those kind of things. So when these federal mandates get just shoved down whatever they are, they, The state has a right and the power to say, no, this is not good for Oklahoma or California or Florida. and we're not going to do this.
