So we are dealing with these issues where taxpayers are really wholly subsidizing. Almost these entire premiums are large, up to 80% of them. So As we've expanded Obamacare subsidies, premiums have continued to rise and big insurance has gotten richer. and richer and richer. Everybody agrees there's a problem. I agree with Senator Kaine.
