But what we're seeing is a national trend and a statewide trend for juvenile violent crime to go up even though violent crime is going down. And so we need to address that on a number of levels. We need to address it through how the courts respond to it, how we respond to it policy wise. But we also need to look at some legislation, and we have included some of those things in our legislative agenda for 2025. Punishment, is it counseling? Is it a combination? (04:57–05:04)
