And The only justification the Trump administration even had for that designation is that Cuba was supposedly harboring members of a Colombian guerrilla army. But the only reason those individuals were in Cuba to start with was to engage in peace talks. And even Colombia's own president, Mr. Petro, has said that this designation was an injustice.
