Despite being a well off state, we're in the bottom 10 states in terms of how we support from cradle all the way to career. We've got huge early childhood challenges where not enough capacity exists. Poudre High School here is an exception. Doing a good job with career and technical education, but we're way underfunding and supporting it. We have a youth mental health crisis. (03:25–03:32)
