We need to say to teachers we're going to create a pathway that you can afford to buy a home in the communities where you teach. That's not true right now. After I'm governor we're going to make it the case. Right now we don't have the incentives lined up. If you build a starter home, it's the same price to get a permitting fee as if you built a mega mansion. It's the same time. We got to change that. We got to make it as easy, as cheap and as quick as possible to build these type of starter homes, whether condominiums, townhomes, quadplexes. (03:02–03:10)
