On mass incarceration, I've got real plans and commitments, and I've been doing work on how we improve when people leave prison, going back into society. In Colorado right now, 45% of people leaving prison end up back in within three years. The national average is 37%. We can do a lot better. I've been working on some of these issues, including addressing addiction, including give people skills. That'll be one of my priorities as annex governor. (51:21–51:30)
