How do we make sure when someone leaves prison, we set them up to get a job so they don't end up back in prison within a few years? I think I mentioned this when I was here last. Colorado's rate when people leave prison end up back in prison in three years, it's 45%. The national average is 37%. I want to make Colorado government work for the people of Colorado, and that requires changing the culture of state government. I'm ready to take that on. (06:16–06:24)
