I was at a young professionals event in Rutland a year ago or so, and they talked about just this. What is it that would keep you here? And there's a lot of ideas that came across. One of them was maybe no income tax for those under 28. Now, I don't know what that will cost. I don't know if it'd be effective, but. But it's an interesting concept. (12:54–13:01)
