So we rewrote the bill and we passed it. And in hindsight, people acknowledge that as one of the best health care access bills and cost containment bills we've had. So we just, We in Vermont have had that norm through Democratic and Republican governors. You've got to pay your bills. It would be unthinkable to, to talk about stiffing creditors.
