And it says so cruelly because of bad performance. And by the way, this includes people who got incredibly good performances. Also, what we're seeing is the government totally reneged on contracts. We have Vermont farmers who, with the commitment of the federal government, signed a contract where, if they borrowed money to do environmentally sensitive things that are going to help their farm and help our climate, they would get paid back by the federal government. They got emails saying, no, that's on hold, you're on your own. And we hear from farmers who don't know how they're going to pay the bills. (41:32–41:50)
