I think it's a very fair point. I think it goes to the previous mindset of divest to invest. That was an austerity point of view that we inherited at our department. We've made some changes at the Army. We might have a slightly different view of the Army Transformation Initiative. Some of it is very good. There's a lot of goodness in there. (1:17:15–1:17:18)
