All of these things are reestablishments of deterrence that had to be done given the backsliding of what occurred during the Biden administration. Now we're also re establishing deterrence, as the senator mentioned, in the Indo Pacific and around the world. We're supporting allies and partners out there as force multipliers to strengthen their own capabilities. In March, I took my first trip to the Indo Pacific as Secretary and the first trip to Guam in 20 years from a Secretary of Defense or Secretary of War travel to the Philippines, to Korea, to Japan, to Singapore, to Vietnam, to Malaysia.
