So I believe in what I proposed a few years ago. I think it's aged really well. We called it Medicare for All who want it, you set up a public payer. If I'm right that it's going to be better than the others, then it will evolve into the single payer because everybody will want it. But we don't command everybody to use it if there's something they'd rather have, if they get a better deal through their union or some other available offerings. (24:05–24:11)
