The fact that they haven't increased the minimum wage in Washington D.C. in over 16 years and it's still until $7.25 is completely appalling. So I am very clear that We need a $17 minimum wage at least and then we need to index it to inflation. Saying no to corporate PAC donations is one of the most important things that I have committed to. I want to be accountable to Minnesotans and not greedy corporations. (01:03–01:09)
