Detroit renovated its convention center and it got I believe 1.5 million a year. I think it works out to about $33 million over the next 20 something years. Is that aligned with what you're seeing? I've heard 10 to 30, yeah. And I think it depends on who and what and, and how prominent and how prominent because you know, it is Kay Bailey Hutchinson. Right. And we need to honor her. And so we've got to figure out that. But I, I think that we've got, I know that there's people working that and hopefully we'll be knowing something soon because that is part of our overall budget.
