That just makes no sense. So I think the preferred route is to change it legislatively. If the Republicans can hold onto the Senate, if we can take back the House and reelect President Trump, why not fix that law? And then there won't be a need for a court challenge, because as strongly as President Trump has been able to start to move some of the courts, he can't always be certain about that. (03:16–03:24)
