And there seems to be no rhyme or reason for that number. Except that Trump liked the sound of it, woke up one day and Trump announced on Truth Social he'd seek one and a half trillion dollars for defense. It is really hard to put that number into perspective, but I'm going to try because the trade offs could not be more stark. (07:03–07:12)
