So that would have a huge impact on our tribes, as I have talked about, as well as women who have changed their name and gotten married as well as many people. The way this bill is written right now is really jeopardizing a lot of people's ability to vote. That's absolutely right. For the purposes of the registration restrictions, a tribal ID would be insufficient to register to vote.
