And once again, if we can encourage work in West Virginia, that matters. Guys, I think one thing that doesn't get talked about enough is one of the single biggest problems we have in West Virginia's workforce participation rate is 54.2%, lower than any other state in the nation. It's 54.2% and the national average is 62.1%. Think about that for a minute.
