You started to see a lot of that in some of the early legislation that we worked on with the Legislature HP 2014 data centers and micro grids, the one stop shop permitting bill, which is designed to send a message everywhere that West Virginia is going to be more attractive than anywhere else in the country for a business to locate. because we believe in school speed to build clearing out red tape faster and faster.
