There are other parts of states looking at this and we want to make sure that Upshur county and this part of the state does not get left behind. So I'm so happy to be here. We think this is just the beginning of a multi-phase process that ultimately will result in over $50 million that comes into this area. So it's really exciting. I want to thank all the legislators here. A lot of this work was done before I became governor and I want to say thank you because through their efforts they helped make this happen. (11:28–11:38)
