You may know that when you have to deal with floods and other issues that comes out of contingency fund. Right now, this year we actually have, over the past year, I should say, We have to spend a lot on floods. We also spent money when the government shut down. It's about $15 million. to deal with the issues with the food pantries and to activate the Guard. We've asked for that money to get reimbursed. (35:14–35:22)
