We have to do even more to bring the right array of people, not just primary care physicians or specialists, but our advanced practice nurses and our physician assistants, our pharmacists, our techs, all these different areas. That's so important. We have to also spark the growth of innovative care models and different types of payment arrangements that improve quality, lower cost and also help move the right type of healthcare to lower cost settings. I know that was one of the goals that the authors of this provision had in mind.
