And I think that it's also critical because a lot of people would experience double digit increases in PIA for three years in a row. Well, not this year. This year it's a 3% increase [in PIA], and that's because of a lot of the hard work that our administration has done. and we're going to keep doing that, we're going to keep working on it. And I think people will find that we're getting our arms around things from a fiscal perspective to make sure we're fiscally responsible here in West Virginia. (18:57–19:00)
