And it does take time to go in and muck out the homes. It takes time to rebuild the bridges and the roads and to do the things that are necessary for long term recovery. But The state of West Virginia is going to stand behind Upshur County, it's going to stand behind Lewis county, it's going to stand behind Pleasant county and all the counties and cities affected by Mother Nature's wrath. And that's why I wanted to come here today. We're going to continue to do all this work, but I am going to ask the public for some help. (02:20–02:25)
