You're gonna have good paying jobs. And we're creating them now because we're investing in our people. We're finally working on the fundamentals that matter. Couple examples of that. Little less than a month ago I announced with diversified new well plugging program, $70 million of investment. Really good 50 to 100 jobs. These are jobs that are paying $75,000 per year.
