Look, I don't know about how the Maryland system is working, what they're doing, but I can say this. We're going to have resources that are available. We're ahead of the curve. If by, say, Thursday, we're at $10.1 million, and if there's need for more, we're going to make sure that that's available. But it doesn't make sense to say we're just going to reserve this big pot of money. Maybe we need it, maybe we don't. (28:43–28:51)
