Really important. The teacher is going to be able to help control their classrooms and really put an end to any violent student behavior. Pretty common sense. We certainly appreciated that. I also signed House Bill 2003 into law, which allows local county boards of education to prohibit the use of personal electronic devices in the classrooms. Once again, when it comes to the classroom, we want that to be an environment for learning. We don't want distractions, whether it's taunting or violence or cell phones that take away from the learning experience. (04:06–04:18)
