And you have these locations that are ready made to do business, quite frankly, to build facilities and to create jobs. Now Historically, West Virginia has lacked a lot of those sites in terms of having ready to made critical infrastructure, fiber, water, gas, sewer, electric. And they haven't been in place where there wasn't a plan and resources to get that infrastructure in place.
