Well, it's day 14 of the Schumer shutdown. Our National Guard has been working without paying. Our air traffic controllers are working without pay to keep air travel safe. Federal workers, we have quite a few in West Virginia, they've been furloughed without pay. The American people and West Virginia were sick and tired of it.
