Nice to see you guys. Good afternoon, everyone. And it's great to be here. It's a wonderful day, quite frankly, for the future of higher education in West Virginia. Earlier this year, when we established the Washington center for Civics, Culture and Statesmanship, we emphasized that we wanted to renew our commitment to civic education.
