If you're doing that, you have to protect the people of the city in which you live. And look what happened here in D.C. crime was out of control. We worked hand in hand with the mayor, with the Metro Police, with the transit authority, with all of our federal agencies, with the National Guard to restore safety to Washington D.C. and that's what we're going to do around the country.
