The Department of Justice's response to that was, well, then drop out of Medicaid, which of course we're not going to do as a state. So I believe it's unconstitutional. I believe it [health care reform] violates our 10th amendment. And I would be proud to continue the lawsuit on behalf of the state of Florida.
