Well, you know, it's, it was a tragedy. There's a book called the Pact, written by a guy, I think, at Duke in which he found all the papers interviewed people. Bill and I actually had an agreement in late 97 that we were going to launch an effort in 98 to reform Medicare and Social Security. And he would do it in the State of the Union. I would do it in a major speech in Georgia, and we were going to work together. (25:02–25:12)
