We went from 35th to about 23rd as of today. We're making this a more business friendly state. You know how you can tell it makes a difference. We went from one of the slowest growing economies in the country back 10 years ago to one of the fastest growing. I think we're 12th ranked. That means more opportunity, that means more revenues that allows us to invest in people.
