Makes more sense financially? I think the state can probably manage it a lot better. Rather than have 169 towns try and do it. We put, you know, tens of millions of dollars in the last budget saying here's some money for capital if you want to have a regional facility to take care of kids with special needs from all over the region. A little complicated for all that many towns to do. If we do that, maybe we can regionalize it, allow more kids to stay in district, and we have a little more negotiating leverage with the providers for the kids with real special needs. (09:45–09:56)
